Mouth watering smoothie bowl recipe by Lien Vanneste (@vegan_mealprep_Sundays)
Ingredients:
1 frozen banana⠀
2 tbsp ground seeds
½ cup steamed, frozen cauliflower⠀
1 cup almond or soy milk⠀
1 scoop BlueLab™ 100% Plant Protein Chocolate Mocha flavour ⠀
A few ice cubes⠀
Method:
1. Blend all the ingredients until smooth. ⠀
2. Top the smoothie with banana, pumpkin seeds, cacao nibs and peanut butter drizzle. ⠀
