BIOGRAPHY Jacques Fagan is a powerhouse in the South African fitness industry. He is a Multiple IFBB Men’s Physique Champion & Cover Model and has competed and won numerous titles since 2005. Jacques also helps many people reach their fitness goals from his Body20 EMS training facility in Pretoria. Born and raised in the beautiful city of Cape Town, South Africa, I moved up to Pretoria in 2012. I’ve been active and into fitness for most of my life from playing rugby for WP U/21 and for WP sevens, to competing (casually and competitively) in fitness and fitness model events since 2005. Life has taught me so many lessons that I didn’t understand in the beginning. Somewhere along the line, however, I learnt that the good and bad both serve me – a revelation that opened up a whole new world for me. I’ve always been a person who gives my all when I put my mind to something. I am blessed to have come to understand the vital secret – that nothing good comes easy and that, to be successful in anything, I need to apply the three D’s in my life in all aspects. DISCIPLINE.
