My first name is Sheetal and my alias is “Strong” One part of me is a loving mother and career woman, while the other part of me – just like night and day – is this immensely strong, dedicated and disciplined athlete who I strive to become daily by being consistent and having a vision of where I want to be, the healthy lifestyle I want to live and look like.
