FARAH ESMAIL Bsc JD MBA

Farah is an International IFBB Bikini Fitness Competitor and an Ultimate Sports Nutrition and Ignite Fitness Ambassador. She is a Corporate Lawyer and Business Consultant by day, currently Head of Kenya for the Sirdar Group involved with training directors on effective governance, appointing independent directors to boards and guiding companies on board performance, and she is a bodybuilder/body sculptor by night. She has represented Kenya and competed internationally. Her fitness achievements include Top 10 (Open class) and Top 15 (Over 35 class) at the Amateur Olympia Las Vegas in September 2019, competitor in the Amateur Olympia India 2018, Judge for the Kenya Bodybuilding Federation Bodybuilding Competition 2018, 3x Kenya Bodybuilding Federation Ms. Kenya Bikini Fitness Champion 2015-2017, 3x Top 10 Arnold Classic South Africa Bikini Fitness finisher 2015-2017, and Universal Muscle and Fitness Dubai IFBB Amateur Bodybuilding Championship Bikini Fitness Masters Champion 2016.

Farah has also completed 5 marathons, climbed Mt. Kilimanjaro and Mt. Kenya. Farah took on bodybuilding later in life in 2014 and has been competing since. She has attended fitness camps internationally and worked with a number of international coaches in the UK and US to learn about the various levers of the fitness equation including diet, cardio, weights, rest and supplementation required to transform her body and compete on an international stage with women half her age. Fitness is a passion as is sharing what she knows about fitness and motivating others to attain their fitness goals. Farah has run bootcamps, presented on fitness panels and written articles and blogs on fitness. She is a pioneer in the country in the sport and won the CMO Asia Africa Women Leadership Award in 2019.
