APPLE PIE QUINOA BREAKFAST RECIPE

Apple Pie Quinoa Breakfast Recipe

Ingredients

 

1/2 cup cooked Quinoa (high protein, whole grain)

1 Green Apple, diced

1 Scoop USN Vanilla Cinnamon Plant Protein

1 Tbsp Chia Seeds

1 or 2 tsp Peanut Butter (sugar and salt free)

Stevia to taste (optional)

 

Method

 

1. Add the diced apple into a pot and cover with ± 1/2 cup boiled water.

2. Bring to a boil, then reduce to a simmer for 7 -10 minutes uncovered, or until soft.

3. Stir in the remaining ingredients and cook on medium heat for 5 – 10 minutes.

4. Serve with freshly sliced apple and cinnamon
