Ingredients for pancakes
Half cup almond flour
1 whole egg
2 egg whites
1/2 scoop 100% Whey Buttermilk toffee flavour
1 tbsp. Granulated sweetener
1/2 tsp. Baking powder
1 tbsp. Coconut flour
Ingredients for sauce
2-3 tbsp greek yoghurt
1 tbsp. Cottage cheese
2 -3 tbsp. 100% Whey Speckled Eggs flavour
1/2 tsp. Vanilla extract
Sweetener to taste
Directions
Blend the pancake ingredients together until smooth. If the mixture is too dry add more egg whites or almond milk. If the mixture is too runny and 1 tspn. more of coconut flour.
Fry each pancake in coconut oil for 30 seconds per side.
Directions for sauce
Mix the ingredients together with a fork until there are no lumps.
Serve with freshly cut berries
