Flourless High Protein Pancake Stack

Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized banana
- 1 medium egg
- 1 scoop BlueLab™ 100% Whey Protein Chocolate flavour
- Dark chocolate squares
- Any brand hazelnut spread
- 1/4 cup of water
Method:
- In a bowl, mash the banana and mix with the egg
- Add the protein and continue to mix until a smooth batter is formed, if too thick add a dash of water.
- Heat a pan with a tap of coconut oil.
- Add a spoonful of the batter, then add a teaspoon of the hazelnut spread into the middle, cover this with more pancake batter and cook until brown.
- Repeat, until the batter has been used.
- Top with dark chocolate chunks and enjoy!
