Ingredients:
50g rolled oats
4 egg whites
1/4 banana or sugar free apple sauce
2 tbsp. Greek yoghurt or cottage cheese
20g BlueLab™ 100% Whey Protein (vanilla flavour)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together and fry 30 sec per side in a frying pan greased with coconut oil.
For the sauce
Ingredients:
2 tbsp BlueLab™ 100% Whey Wheytella flavour
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp granulated sweetener
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 -3 tbsp. water
Directions:
Mix ingredients together with water using a fork until the right consistency is reached.
