2 frozen bananas
2 tbsp rice milk
2 tsp Chia seeds
1 tbsp maple syrup
1 handful almonds
1 scoop BlueLab™ 100% Protein Protein Vanilla Cinnamon flavour
4 pitted dates

Strawberries and coconut flakes for topping



  1. Combine all ingredients in blender or food processor. Blend until smooth.
  2. Pour into bowl and top with strawberries and coconut flakes.
